FIFA also appointed Byrom to set up the FIFA Ticketing Office (the “FTO”) for the 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup Germany as the sales agent and its service provider in relation to the distribution of Tickets. The 2005 FIFA Confederations Cup Germany consisted of 16 Matches played in 5 different venues over a 2 week period.
