2005/2006 A1 Grand Prix, World Cup of Motorsport – Inaugural Season
A1 Grand Prix Ticket Bureau
In 2005 the revolutionary motor racing series A1 Grand Prix World Cup of Motorsport was launched at Brands Hatch in the UK. In May 2005 Byrom Plc was appointed as the global ticketing partner of A1 Grand Prix, trading as the A1 Grand Prix Ticket Bureau. As the A1 Grand Prix Ticket Bureau, Byrom developed a bespoke ticketing system, to handle ticket sales via the organisers website www.A1GP.com providing a single point of sale for all its events, along with the locally appointed ticketing agents. Byrom also providing the ticketing infrastructure for the gate sales in several of the countries including: Germany, Portugal, Indonesia and the USA.
A1 Grand Prix Travel & Accommodation Services
Trading as A1 Grand Prix Travel & Accommodation Services Byrom delivered accommodation and transportation services for several of the A1 Grand Prix teams throughout the first season of the series.
