34th Ryder Cup Matches
Byrom plc operating as "Ryder Cup Travel Services" was responsible for the provision of accommodation, tickets, ground transportation and other essential travel arrangements for over 8,000 guests.
On September 16th 2001, the European Ryder Cup Board announced the postponement of the Matches until 2002. Ryder Cup Travel Services proceeded to successfully minimise the disruption caused by the rescheduling of the 34th Ryder Cup Matches and ensured all guests received the same or comparable accommodation and other services in 2002 at no additional cost.
